  1. Navigate to the company instance by clicking on your company name in the sidebar
  2. Go to the Company tab
  3. Click the Edit button under the company section
  4. In the edit view, locate the Company Legal Name field
  5. Update the company name as needed
  6. Click Save to apply the changes
