Since changing policy numbers on renewed or expired policies affects historical data and system integrity, this process requires support assistance.

To request a policy number change: Send an email to support@aiinsurance.io with:
  • Subject: “Policy Number Change Request”
  • Current Policy Number: The existing policy number that needs to be changed
  • New Policy Number: The requested new policy number
  • Policy Details: Include policy status, effective dates, and primary insured
