# Create Attorney

> Creates a new attorney.

**Required fields:**
- `name` - Attorney name

**Optional fields:**
- `email` - Attorney email address
- `phoneNumber` - Phone number
- `lawFirmId` - Associated law firm payee ID (must reference an existing payee)

**Required permission:** `company.attorney:create`
